When you register as a client of our clinic, you provide consent for David to access and use your personal information so he can provide you with the best possible healthcare. When you make your first appointment our reception staff will collect your personal and demographic information, usually via phone or by your online registration.
We may also collect your personal information when you send us an email or SMS, telephone us, visit the website to make an online appointment or via social media.

Client records are securely stored, archived, passed on or disposed of in accordance with applicable privacy and health records legislation. Passwords are changed as required, and all staff and contractors sign confidentiality agreements.
