Easy & Healthy Birthday 'Cake'

Here's an easy birthday cake alternative that contains no colours or flavours, except those found naturally! You can fill the back of the truck with whatever fruit you choose. Wheels are made of lemon slices, and the steering wheel is a slice of lime. All the kids at our son's birthday loved the 'cake' and parents didn't have to cope with upset behaviour from their kids eating artificial colours and flavours.
